This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) has been executed electronically in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, between the parties whose information is provided below.

Buyer (Consumer):
The individual who purchases a bus ticket via MetaBilet.com as a registered user or a guest.
By electronically approving the Preliminary Information Form and this Agreement before the order, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions herein.
2. Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement sets forth the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the bus ticket purchase made by the Buyer through MetaBilet.com or the MetaBilet mobile application.
MetaBilet.com acts solely as an intermediary/agency in ticket sales; the bus company is responsible for the performance of the transportation service.
3. Nature of the Service
The Buyer purchases a bus ticket via MetaBilet.com by selecting the desired date, time, route, and bus company.
The ticket is issued electronically and delivered to the Buyer via e-mail or SMS.
4. Payment and Invoicing
The ticket price is collected through MetaBilet.com’s secure payment systems.
Payment may be made via credit card, debit card, or other online payment methods.
Invoices are generated electronically based on the information provided during purchase and are sent to the Buyer by e-mail.
5. Ticket Cancellation, Changes, and Refund Conditions
Ticket cancellations or modifications are subject to the policies of the respective bus company that issued the ticket.
Each company has different cancellation timelines; as the departure time approaches, the right to cancel may become limited or unavailable.
The Buyer may submit a cancellation request through the “My Tickets” section on MetaBilet.com or by contacting customer service.
Any deductions or cancellation fees are determined according to the relevant bus company’s policy.
Refunds are processed using the original payment method within 1 to 20 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 15(g) of Law No. 6502, there is no right of withdrawal for transportation services to be performed on a specific date.
However, ticket cancellation may be possible within the terms determined by the bus company.
7. Force Majeure
In cases where the trip cannot be operated due to natural disasters, road closures, accidents, adverse weather conditions, strikes, or technical failures, responsibility lies with the bus company.
MetaBilet.com is responsible for informing the Buyer but is not liable for the performance of the transportation service.
8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising from this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts determined by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye shall have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits set by law.
9. Enforcement
By completing the purchase process through MetaBilet.com, the Buyer is deemed to have electronically approved and accepted all terms of this Agreement.
This Agreement becomes effective at the time of electronic confirmation.
