2. Ticket Cancellation

• If there are more than 24 hours before the departure time, cancellation is usually possible.
• If there are less than 12 hours left before departure, cancellation rights depend on the specific rules of the bus company.
• Some companies may apply a service fee or deduction for cancellations.
• Cancellation requests can be made through the “My Tickets” page on MetaBilet.com.

3. Ticket Changes

• Changes to date, time, or route are only possible if the relevant bus company allows it.
• MetaBilet.com performs these changes through the systems of the respective bus companies.

4. Refund Process

• For tickets with approved cancellations, refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
• MetaBilet.com is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or payment systems.
• Refunds are generally completed within 1 to 20 business days.

5. Right of Withdrawal

According to Article 15/g of Law No. 6502, there is no right of withdrawal for transportation services that are to be performed on a specific date.

6. Force Majeure

If a trip is canceled due to weather conditions, accidents, road closures, or similar reasons, refund procedures are carried out according to the policies of the bus company.
