Secure Payment on MetaBilet
See how MetaBilet protects the payment flow when you buy tickets, how card details are handled, and what to watch for for safer checkout.
Secure connection
Payment screens are served over HTTPS/TLS so your session travels on an encrypted channel.
Bank verification
When required, 3D Secure may ask for SMS or in-app approval from your bank.
Controlled payment flow
Card details are used to initiate payment; the full PAN is not stored permanently.
Track your purchase
After a successful payment, confirm ticket/PNR details by email or ticket lookup.
How is payment security handled?
MetaBilet payment screens are delivered over HTTPS/TLS. Payments run through MetaBilet’s payment flows (for example own POS or BiletAll prepayment), not a fabricated third-party badge list.
Session security and redirected verification (such as 3D Secure) may apply depending on the bank or transaction type. This page does not invent certification badges or absolute security guarantees.
How are card details processed?
At checkout, card number, expiry and security code are used to initiate payment. MetaBilet does not permanently store the full PAN; operational logs may retain a masked card number (for example last digits).
Enter card details only on the official MetaBilet payment screen. MetaBilet staff will never ask you for your SMS or app verification code.
3D Secure and bank verification
3D Secure lets your bank request extra authentication (SMS, push approval or banking app). It may be required for some transactions and is not necessarily identical on every payment.
The verification screen belongs to your bank or payment flow. Never share the code, and only approve redirects you recognise from your bank or MetaBilet.
What if payment fails?
- 1Check card number, expiry date and CVC.
- 2Confirm limit, balance and online purchase permission.
- 3Complete any 3D Secure approval from your bank.
- 4Try another card or available payment method.
- 5If it persists, check order status via ticket lookup or contact support.
If the same payment appears twice
Bank statements can show pending (provision) and completed charges differently. First check ticket/order status and your statement lines.
If you suspect a duplicate charge, contact support with your PNR or payment reference. Final financial outcomes depend on bank and payment-flow settlement—this page does not promise a specific result.
Tips for safer payments
- Use only the official MetaBilet domain
- Do not save card details on shared devices
- Never share SMS or app verification codes
- Avoid suspicious messages or links
- Confirm ticket/PNR details after payment
Your ticket after payment
When payment succeeds, ticket or PNR details are created. You may receive email or SMS notification, and you can also check via ticket lookup or account reservations.
If payment was taken but the ticket is not visible yet, wait a few minutes and look up again. If it stays missing, contact support with the payment time and reference.
